Return to the Soul is a small, intimate group that explores the deeper questions of life, energetic awareness and the relationship we have with our body, being and the world around us.

Our conversations centre around the everyday experiences of being human, including:

Returning to What Is True
Throughout the ages, humanity has sought to understand its existence. Through the Ageless Wisdom, teachers such as Hermes, the Buddha and Jesus have pointed beyond dogma and doctrine towards our deeper nature — the soul. Return to the Soul explores how we can reconnect with that deeper part of ourselves and bring greater awareness, meaning and purpose into everyday life. It is not about adopting a belief system. It is an invitation to explore, question, experience and discover for yourself.

Groups are kept intentionally small — 10 people or less — with both men and women welcome. Some groups are designed for absolute beginners, while others are suited to those already on their own path. Participation is by invitation and suitability.
